CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Yes. Pickup is available by appointment during the pickup windows shown on the website. Please arrive on time and transport your cake flat and stable. Tuesday - Saturday open. Sunday & Monday closed.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY CAKE?
For bespoke cakes, we recommend at least 2 weeks in advance (earlier for peak dates). For weddings, secure your date as early as possible, which is 2+ months.

HOW SHOULD MY CAKE BE SERVICED AND STORED?
Store your cake in the fridge. For the best flavour and texture, take it out 60 minutes before serving (depending on room temperature). Avoid direct sunlight and heat.

HOW DO YOUR SERVINGS WORK?
Servings are calculated as party-size portions. If you prefer larger slices, we recommend ordering a larger size.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES OR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Please share allergies when enquiring. We can advise what’s possible, but we can’t guarantee an allergen-free environment due to cross-contact risks.

DO YOU DELIVER?
Most orders are pickup only but delivery is also optional. For wedding cakes or larger setups, delivery/onsite setup is available depending on date and location, please ask for options.

CAN YOU MATCH A THEME, COLOUR PALETTE OR INSPIRATION PHOTO?
Yes. Share your moodboard, colours and must-haves. We’ll create a refined design in the House of Pie style.

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED FOR A QUOTE?
Date, occasion, number of servings, preferred style (bespoke/signature/curated), flavour choice, and any reference images.

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY ORDER?
Orders are confirmed after we align on details and you complete payment according to the invoice/payment link.

WHY DO I NEED TO REQUEST A QUOTE AND WHY ARE YOUR PRICES DIFFERENT THAN TYPICAL BAKERIES?
Every House of Pie cake is made to order and priced based on servings, design complexity, finish, flavours and time. Our cakes are crafted as edible centrepieces with premium ingredients and a design-first approach—so pricing isn’t comparable to standard bakery cakes. If you share your date, servings and inspiration, we’ll recommend the best option within your style and budget.
